although this is “sativa dominant” it is more of a mental sativa than physical. it helps with pain and mental clarity/concentration but i personally didn’t get the usual “run around and do chores” energy boost some sativas give me.
tl;dr – good for work or study, not so much for workouts
flavor and appearance-wise it looks very primo and smells as described. the buds were smallish but dense and i vape them anyway so…
YMMV for time but i find it gives me a good 90ish minutes as a “wake and bake” on an empty stomach.
